Bernice Weaver Blackwell, 79, of Double Springs, died April 24 at home. Funeral services were April 26 at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Blooming Youth Cemetery.

She is survived by a daughter, Sarah Blackwell, Double Springs, a sister, Ruth Blackwell, Georgia; and a grandchild.
