"1 grave.  Houston west of Yellow Creek Docks Road.  Sec. 9."

There seems to be more graves here, but they could be just piles of rocks.

In Houston, bear right at the jail on County Road 61.  Go 2.0 miles, and there 
will be an old road bed on the right.  Walk about 1500 feet, and the cemetery 
will be a little off to the right.
