Mrs. Minnie Gossett Funeral at Old Enon

Mrs. Minnie Gossett, 63-year-old resident of Double Springs Rt. 2, passed away in a Haleyville hospital July 27 following a two-day illness.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, Aug. 1 from Old Enon Baptist Church. Rev. Chester McCrary officiated, and Nichols Funeral Home directed interment in adjoining cemetery.

Surviving are four sons, J.D., J.C., J.P., and Norris C. Gossett; one brother, Jim Mitchell; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Armstrong; six grandchildren, nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.
