James was born in York District, SC in 1810.
Known Children were :
Rebecca, William, John, Elizabeth, James, Kendrick, George, Philo, Mary, Jane, Margrite and Nellie.
This family was enumerated in Blount Co., in 1840, Itawamba Co., MS in 1850, Winston Co.,Al in 1860 and in Marion Co., Al 1870, 1880, 1900.
James died in 1900 and Mary died in 1905.
