I would like to find Peter W Weaver wife Arminda Martin. in the year 1860. He came to Winston County about 1855. but is not on the 1860 census. He was born in Habersham Co Ga according to 1867 voting list for Winston. He was on the 1866 State list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
