Bart is the son of James Franciss "Frank" Tittle and Susan Anna Potts and the grandson of Theophilus Franklin Tittle and Martha Jane Hyde, and the great-grandson of James Wyatt Tittle and Mariah E. Dodd and the great-great-grandson of Berry Dodd, Sr.
